OPENING OF GIANT'S 4TH BRANCH IN KUALA TERENGGANU
Special Event for First Hundred Customers
Gong Badak,
Kuala Terengganu (April 1, 2013) – The residents at Gong Badak are no longer
have to reach town for groceries as Giant Superstore’s 4th branch in Kuala Terengganu
will be opened at their place.
A few
programs will be held during the launching ceremony. The main event will be the
mini concert from current famous singer Shila Amzah. Clowns also will be there
entertaining kids.
An exhibition
will be held there also with the sales and discounts for Giant’s product, as
free membership cards will be given to the customers during the opening
ceremony only.
“We believe
Giant Superstore Gong Badak will become a popular shopping destination with its
attractive and vibrant shopping atmosphere including the more than 10,000sq.ft
of fresh market.
Customers
will be able to find familiar brands and local products at great values, right
in their own neighbourhood,” Ian Cruddas, commercial director, GCH Retail
(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd said.
Giant
Superstore Gong Badak, located 8km west of Kuala Terengganu will be another
great addition to the home-grown retailing chain.
The opening
ceremony will be officiated by the Terengganu Chief Minister, YAB Dato’ Ahmad
Bin Said on 3rd April.
